A Blue Christmas
Hi Stampers,
Don’t you hear Elvis in your head singing “I’ll have a blue Christmas without you” when you look at this card? Nah! Nothing of the kind! This one is too much fun and easy to make to make you feel blue. Once you get how the teabag folding works, it goes together very simply. It starts out with a base of Bashful Blue cardstock (Item #105120.) The background stamp set is Lovely As a Tree (Item #115026). I honestly think this is my all-time favorite stamp set and probably the same for a lot people because it’s been around a loooooong time! You could use any printed designer series paper for the tree itself, but I had a sheet of retired paper I wanted to match the background. I stamped the background in Versamark and embossed it in clear. I put the sentiment inside because I figured the Christmas tree on the outside would pretty much identify it as a Christma card and rule out the possibility of a Halloween message. The little bows are made from our 3/8″ inch Taffeta ribbon in Whisper White (Item #109070.) Hope you enjoy it!

This is a great card. I hope you do a video on how to fold the tree on this card.
Donna, is this how you made the tree.
